Including bank feeds which can link to clients’ bank accounts, Xero makes accounting easy for those who aren’t good with records, and can significantly reduce time spent chasing clients for bank statements.
Quickbooks – An online software designed to manage payroll, inventory, sales and other needs of a small business. The features include marketing tools, merchant services, product and supplies, training solutions, invoice tracking, categorisation of expenses and comes in an app format too.
Docusign – Allowing the sending of accounts and instruction letters for instant signing using e-mail, Docusign can reduce sign-up times to services from weeks to just hours. It can also be combined with Gocardless for ultimate efficiency.
Brightpay – A flexible cloud system that allows you to run your payroll, for any industry or type of employer, with no limits on employee numbers, easy file importing, multiple payment schedules, flexible payment dates, and adaptable interface for PC or Mac.
